Oh, Bernard.

So, for those of you who have read the book, what do you think?

In De Vid

Now don't get me wrong. I am all one to boast about Cutaway Productions and talk about the class at every chance I get.

But yesterday and today have been kinda' disappointing. I haven't really enjoyed the class.

Here's my reasoning.

The moment I finally get on top of my real school work (well aside from precalc which can GO DIE IN A HOLE!) I fall behind in video. I really can't remember the last time I didn't do something for video, it's just one of those things that  I always end p doing because I enjoy it.

Now, as June approaches, I am more apt to lay around my house wishing so badly that it was graduation day. No more school, and no more MATH!

Speaking of that class, I truly don't like it at all, if you haven't already gotten the memo. It's bad, because I love Mrs.G and I have a great group of friends in the class, which I haven't had in a math class since 8th grade. I just wish my real grade wasn't in the toilet.

In other news, Courtney you'll love this, I haven't taken a nap since last Thursday! Go Liz!

Apparently I'm addicted to them...?

Peace and Love

I just love when places have both Coke and Pepsi fountain drinks. It's so nice and thoughtful of the people to make everyone happy, because as we all know some people are Coke people and some people are Pepsi people.

Last week the world received amazing news. Joanna Rowling is to write again! Our lovely Harry Potter Queen is going to write a young adult novel. I know she can do it, and I just hope everyone else doesn't freak the hell out because it's not Harry Potter.

I herd directly from the Queen via her real twitter account.
Thus to calm Christina's nerves that this book might never happen it seems that she's at the point where she knows it will be out on shelves. That's extremely good news.

And here is some Harry Potter to delight your hearts.
 This is my iphone lock screen thing.
 I sang this to Nora last week when I found it, she was a bit slow on the uptake, or maybe it was my confusion as to how to sing the song halfway through the second column.
Albus Dumbledore is rolling over in his grave right now, and all Harry Potter fans are going to punch you.
I thought this was funny because how true is it? Come on, you have to admit how scary funny it is.

Hunk-U-Les

Ah, Disney is oh so very good!

Courtney, Hannah, Gretchen, and I watched Hercules on Friday and I forgot how amazing that movie is! My favorite part is the five muses who sing the gospel type songs. I think it would be fun to get nine girls together and be the nine muses for Halloween. I think we would be the hit of the party!

I bought the music on itunes. Ah, how I love thee!

We also watched the Little Mermaid because Courtney hadn't seen it in a long time. That was good too. What was funny was yesterday I found this.
Isn't it hilarious? It's the two movies we watched! It's kinda funny how simular the two movies are.

Then i found this.
Admit it, we all want to know what's under there!

Bam-Sment

We recently finished off our basement, well almost.

What I mean is that you can sit on a couch and it's painted, there is a ceiling and walls and doors. So, it's livable, but we haven't put the door back on from when we put in the carpet (because we need to saw a bit off, it's kinda long) and the flat screen TV is still sitting upstairs in the living room and not mounted on the wall downstairs like it should be. For goodness sakes, it's the first thing Dad bought when he decided to finished the basement.

So, the whole family spent yesterday in the basmeent doing things. Even the cats came down and hung out.
Above is a picture of Dad and Hank. Dad originally had only one chair out. Then he stood up to do something and Hank snuck onto the chair. When Dad saw he was on the chair he brought out a second chair so he didn't have to move Hank. (squeeee!)

How adorable are my two guys?

Oy! Teach!

"Class, this is really random."- Mrs. G

I can't get enough of this women! I am so thankful that I was able to have her as a teacher! She's one of the famous teachers (as I like to call them) from Stillwater. You guys know what I'm talking about. The teachers that kids talk about and always have odd stories about them. Every school you go will have the 'famous' teachers and then the rest of them.

On my list there would be:
-Mr.Weever (come on the man has dead animals in his classroom and has a falcon named Pickles)
-Mr.Jones (all of the orquestra kids can't stop talking about him)
-Doc (he looks like Doc from Back to the Future, and he's a doctor in music...pretty cool)
-Mr.Croon (who doesn't know about the teacher with the pierced ear, plus he looks like he came from Woodstock)
-Mr.Schwartz (yea, everyone loves him...a little too much if you ask me)
-Stippel's (There both out there, but the fact that their married adds to their famousness)
-Mrs.Gunvelson (see above)
-Mrs.Stile (she caught a creep, nuff said, plus her students calls her Mama S (apparently))

This is my list, I'm sure ya'll have different ones.

An other point I'd like to bring up is this. When I'm not doing so well in a class I feel so embarrassed around the teacher, especially if I like them. I have no logical explanation as to why I feel this way, but I do. Does anyone else have this problem?

Mrs.G

Seriously, who couldn't love this lady?

Though I did have a dream where she and Milo Ventamila (a.k.a Jess from Gilmore Girls) kidnapped me...

300 reference! vvv

Anyway she was just killing it today during Pre-cal.

"All I do is happy birthday." As the serenades are leaving the room.

In talking about the torn edges on the scraps of paper. "This is gonna' be like roughing it in the Boundary waters."

A Little Birdie

Yes, how elegantly put.

Friday.

It was a wonderfully cold day. One where you can feel the cold in your bones if you stay still too long, the cold that takes your breath away. I love those days, it reminds me I live in Minnesota. Even so, I should have wriggled out of my coat.

~~~
Following in the wake of Acacia and Meghan I picked my way across the Woodbury 10 lobby.
Out of the corner of my eye I see a face. Recognition, but not by me.
Courtney?
Holding my bag I go forward.
Stop, turn around.
My brow wrinkles, where does Courtney know this short little fellow? Perhaps a class I'm not in.
Catching up to Meghan and Acacia, and seconds later we are joined by Courtney.
Who was that?
Whip around, search for the door, scramble to open it. Gloved hand wrapped around, and strong arms hold me back.
Screaming, I am pulled from the sidewalk.
Yelling out into the night, where he can't here.
Must punch!
I should have wriggled out of my coat.
I should have.
~~~
If I see the squat boy again, I'll rip his junk off and punch him in the face.

Brotherhood of Man

I found this little beauty on Facebook. And I fell in love!

Yep, I watched the Superbowl on NBC! You know it!

New Page?

So, according to Anna (the one some of you apparently don't really like.) there is a facebook page that is dedicated to Mrs.Stippel's quotes, but I have not been abel to find it so I have elected to start my own.

As you can see on the far right of the pages bar there is one titled Stipplations. Why don't you check it out. I just started, so nothing very big to report on but feel free to help me in anyway you want!

I figured the two of them are much bigger then the quotes page I have, I've been in Mr.Stippel's class for five days and I already have four quotes from him. He's just hilarious. I have Mrs.Stippel's quotes on me somewhere, it's kist finding them.

Other news, I'm freaking out over a certain thing. T-minus an hour (or so).
